2

The start of the race will not be delayed for any reason, other than server issue.

3

If your connection falls through after the race sequence begins, you will be allowed to reconnect for the group A and B qualifyers, but not the last chance event, or the XNR 500

4

Black flags will NOT be cleared, NO Exceptions, except for the lucky dog (Lucky Dog explained in next rule).

5

Lucky Dog Explanation:
The Lucky dog is the first car scored 1 lap down, once all the cars cross the FINISH LINE after a yellow.
Lucky dogs must pass the pace car when the 1 to go is given, and circle the track to catch up to the
rear of the field. You will be given a black flag by the game, which will be cleared by an administrator when the green drops. If
you cause an accident while catching up to the rear of the field, your black flag will NOT be cleared. Also, this is not to be used
to get a run on the field when the green flag drops, if you do so, your black flag will not be cleared. (cars 3 or more laps down will
not be eligible for the Lucky Dog) If the caution come out with 10 or less laps to go, no lucky dog is awarded.

6

XNR does not allow blocking until less than 10 laps to go. However, with 10 or less laps to go, you may protect your position. This does not mean run a driver to the wall or apron. Once a driver gets a fender under you, it is their lane.

7

The Apron is not for passing and is considered out of bounds. If a driver is forced below the apron, they must maintain their position, and blend back onto the racing surface before the corner. If you unintentionally force someone below the yellow line, do noy hold them there, let them blend back up.

8

Cars being lapped by leaders, when possible, are to give way to the leaders. If lapped cars are racing for position with 3 laps
or less to go, then you do not have to give way to leaders, but be smart about it.

9

Racers with minimal damage may stay on the track, but must give cars that are up to speed a clear track.  If you are in the way or are not able to maintain minimum speed, you will be asked to park it. Minimum speed will be announced in drivers meeting.

10

There is No racing back to the flag under yellow until 10 laps to go. Prior to 10 to go, when the yellow comes out, gradually slow
while mantaining your position. After the 10 to go mark, you may race to the yellows.

11

On starts and restarts, mantain a resonable distance behind the next car. (no more than .002)

12

If you self spin 3 times and bring out a caution, you will be asked to park your car.

13

Lapped cars must drive through pits on second lap around with 10 or less laps to go, and ignore the double file restart.

14

Cars expierencing connection issues (warp) may be asked to drop to the rear of the pack until the condition clears, if it does not clear in a reasonable time, you will be asked to disconnect.

15

Keep chat to a minimum while race is in progress, Np chatting during qualifying. Flaming will result in banning from server.

16

If you are asked to leave for any reason, (driving, connection, ect..) please do so or you will be banned from server

17

If it is determined that you have intentionally wrecked someone, you will be asked to leave the server, or be ejected

18

Any Driving Aids that were available with the Original NR2003 game, are allowed.

19

Please log into Teamspeak with your car number first, followed by your name. example: #3 Chris Hunley
This makes it easier for the telecast crews to know who is who for interviews.

20

Please handle yourself in a professional manner while participating in these events, especially during interviews.

21

When pacing the field, please stay in line, and no driving through the pacecar.

22

If you are invloved in an incident, drive to your pits before retiring, it makes for a better broadcast
